Delivery terms
At Beds to go, your furniture is in safe hands from the minute it leaves our warehouse to the time is arrives safely in your home.  We will contact you 24-48hrs after placing your order to confirm the date of your delivery and any further specifications on your order. If you would like our driver to call 30 mins prior to your delivery taking place, this can also be arranged upon your request.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary according to the product and your delivery destination. We aim to deliver within a 14 day time scale but occasionally it can be up to 28 days due to our suppliers. If we are made aware of any delays, then we will contact you as soon as possible to re-arrange a delivery date.

Delivery costs
Delivery within mainland UK is £25. Deliveries within the central London Congestion Zone are charged an additional £8. Deliveries to postcodes KW, IV, PA, AB, PH, DD, KY, PL, TR, SA, LD, LL carry a surcharge of £30 per delivery. Deliveries to postcodes G, EH, DG, TD, ML & KA carry a surcharge of £15 per delivery. For delivery to Northern Ireland, EIRE, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands or any other location not listed please contact us on 01737 222437 or email us at enquiries@bedstogo.co.uk.

Damage in transit
If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect you must tell us within 48 hours of receiving the goods on 01737 222437 or email us at enquiries@bedstogo.co.uk. We will arrange for any parts to be sent to you or replaced if necessary. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.

Missing items
If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods on 01737 222437 or email us at enquiries@bedstogo.co.uk
