As thousands of people sleep on a bed from Beds to Go, we have been asked many questions over the years, here's a few of the most common ones that you may find helpful.

Do you sell 4'0" or 2'6" beds?
Yes, we have several models that are available in 2'6" and 4'0" sizes. Look out for beds on our website that have these size names; Small Single = 2'6" bed, Small Double = 4'0" bed.

Do you sell special size beds?
Yes, some of our ranges are available in Bespoke sizes, call 01737 222437 Mon to Sat 9am to 5.30pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm for more details.

Will you take our old bed away?
Yes, we do offer a service to remove the old bed, but this service is currently only available in certain areas and postcodes. This will be confirmed when we call to arrange delivery.

Do you sell Sofabeds or Futons?
We currently have a range of futons and sofa beds available to purchase in our Branches and online and our ranges are constantly expanding.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, and Electron.

Can I pay by any other means than card?
Currently we can only accept the specified credit and debit cards online, however, if you visit any of our 9 stores you can also purchase by Cash or Cheque.

When I place an order, what happens next?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours with your order details, and as soon as your goods are available we will contact you to arrange delivery. There is no need to chase your order and if the delivery should extend longer than the lead time given we will usually contact you.

Can I order from a real person rather than online?
Yes, if you ring our contact number call 01737 222437 Mon to Sat 9am to 5.30pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm, one of our Sleep Consultants will be only too happy to take your order over the phone. Alternatively, you can purchase in the old fashioned way by visiting any of our 9 stores.

Is your site secure?
Please don't worry about sending your credit or debit card details via our website. All transactions are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. You can see that the shopping bag and checkout is a secure area of our site because a padlock symbol or key will appear in the bottom of your browser. The encryption technique we use is standard for e-commerce and is certified by Protx. This means that the information you send us cannot be read by anyone other than the Beds to Go team. Will you pass my details on to anyone else?
Beds to Go guarantee that we will never pass your details to any third party.

How can I check on the progress of my order?
We will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as we receive your order and there is no need to chase your order, if the delivery exceeds the estimated lead time quoted we will usually contact you.

Who will deliver my order?
At Beds to Go we have our own fleet of liveried delivery vehicles with Beds to Go own trained, uniformed delivery teams. We also have contracts with certain suppliers to deliver direct ensuring you receive your order even Quicker.

How much is the delivery charge?
For all orders over £500, delivery is FREE of charge, all orders under £500 will be charged a modest fee of £25 and there is a surcharge for selected locations - see Where do you deliver?.

Will my goods be delivered together?
Most of our product range will be delivered by our own fleet of livered vehicles with Beds to Go own trained, uniformed delivery teams, We also have contracts with certain suppliers to deliver direct ensuring you receive the product of your choice even quicker.

What will happen on the day of delivery?
At Beds to Go we like to make the delivery as easy as possible, you will be contacted after we receive your order to arrange a delivery date and our drivers can call you half an hour before they arrive at your home if you would like them to.

What days do you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be Monday to Friday.

How will my delivery be arranged?
You will be contacted after we receive your order to arrange a delivery date. As we operate fast paced transit warehouses, we are unable to hold goods and need to deliver to you as soon as possible.

Where do you deliver?
We offer a Standard Nationwide Delivery Service but deliveries within the central London Congestion Zone are charged an additional £8. Deliveries to postcodes KW, IV, PA, AB, PH, DD, KY, PL, TR, SA, LD, LL cary a surcharge of £30 per delivery. Deliveries to postcodes G, EH, DG, TD, ML & KA carry a surcharge of £15 per delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do not currently offer a full Beds to Go delivery service outside of the UK but we are happy to deliver your order to any shipper or port within mainland England and Wales. Please contact us on 01737 222437 to discuss your delivery requirements.

Will you take the bed upstairs?
Delivery is officially to the customer's home address (i.e. the front door), however orders delivered by Beds to Go drivers will usually be to the room of your choice, while direct deliveries from Different manufactures will vary.

Will you assemble the bed?
Unlike Many of our Competitors, we do offer an assembly service on all orders delivered by Beds to Go drivers, while direct deliveries from Different manufactures will vary.

How do I know it's a good bed and a good price?
Beds to Go uses its tremendous buying power to supply the best quality products at the lowest possible prices plus we also monitor competitors prices on a weekly basis to ensure we remain amongst the cheapest bed retailers in the country.

What is your guarantee?
All products carry a minimum one year guarantee, with some products extending to 10 years dependent on the manufacturer

What if the goods are damaged on delivery?
Beds to Go take great care to ensure that your order will be delivered to your door in a perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event that a product you receive is damaged, please call us immediately on 01737 222437 to enable us to ensure your complete satisfaction.
